Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Duty Manager

• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in managing the multifarious operation concerns and expectations of guests.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel and also ensure the front office team work schedules.
• Has the ability to build strong relationship with guest and be active in all programs from the management.

• Responsible for driving wedding and social event business by delivering personalized
• Managing the full sales cycle-from initial inquiries and client consultations through event confirmation and handover to operations-while ensuring each event reflects the hotel’s standards.
• Key role in revenue generation, client relationship management, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for weddings and social celebrations,
• Developing promotional events, coordinating with sales and delivery teams, and ensuring a positive client experience
