Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Sales Manager JSO

• Responsible to optimize & maximize Hotel Revenue in order to achieve the budget
• Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
• Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management, including contracting, updating profile and renewing contracts

Weddings & Social Events Sales

• Responsible for driving wedding and social event business by delivering personalized
• Managing the full sales cycle—from initial inquiries and client consultations through event confirmation and handover to operations—while ensuring each event reflects the hotel’s standards
• Key role in revenue generation, client relationship management, and positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for weddings and social celebrations
• Developing promotional events, coordinating with sales and delivery teams, and ensuring a positive client experience

Reservation Agent

• Manages booking inquiries, answer incoming calls and emails, process bookings, and prepare confirmation letters
• Update booking databases, manage cancellations or modifications, and assist with guest preferences and special requests
• Proficiency in using reservation software, property management systems (PMS)
